Elam Grizzle Cemetery

This cemetery is overgrown, but still accessible. There is evidence of the remains of a fence around this cemetery that has fallen or been taken by time. It is on AEP property and it is interesting that AEP has dug right to cemetery, but left it otherwise.

Directions to cemetery: After the bridge in Cleveland (coming from Lebanon) turn left. Follow VA-82 to Carbo. Pass the AEP power plant. Turn right on VA-615. Turn right on the first dirt road. This road forks and one end is a locked gate for AEP, the other road continues up the hill to sinkhole valley. Cemetery is at the top of the hill of the fork of the road. Easiest access is through the gated road
