Deed of Gift, Samuel Duff to Joseph Duff

Know all men by these presents that I Samuel Duff Senr of Russell County
and State of Virginia do, for the love and good will I have for Joseph
Duff son of Samuel Duff Junr and that without any defraud or evasion of
any right or claim, I freely give unto the said Joseph Duff, 2 cows, and
all and every of their increase, one young horse colt, a bay with a
small star in his forehead; 4 pots and 1 oven; one woman's saddle,-all
these as above named to be with their increase and use, to the sole
right of the said Joseph Duff his heirs or certain attorney or guardian
and by these presents I do give and bequeth the above named property
with their increase to the sole use and benefit of the said Joseph Duff
his heirs or certain attorney. Given under my hand this 5th day of
