Catharine Elam appointed Guardian of Infant Children of Isaacs, M.P., dec'd.

On motion of Catharine Elam [Isaacs first written and then crossed out] this court doth appoint her guardian of Mary C. Isaacs who was born October 10th, 1860, Martha J. Isaacs who was born March 11th, 1862, and Lydia F. Isaacs who was born June 12th, 1864, infant children of Francis M. P. Isaacs dec'd and Catherine Isaacs late widow of said Francis M. P. Isaacs dec'd, whom it appears from evidence to have been a private in Company A, 39[th] Regiment, Kentucky Volunteers, but now Catherine Elam [wife of George T. Elam], and therefore the said Catherine Elam entered into and acknowledged her bond in the sum of six-hundred dollars together with Nimrod Elam her security thereto conditioned as the law directs.

ORDERED that this court be adjourned until 9 o'clock tomorrow morning.
