Know all men by the presents that they Robert McReynolds & Nancy, his
wife, late Nancy Browning, widow & relict of Jesse Browning deceased, of
Russell County for $100 to them by James Scott Browning, William
Browning and Jesse Browning, co-heirs & all the heirs of said Jesse
Browning by Francis Browning esq. and James Browning both of said
county...guardians duly appointed by the county court of
Russell...(Robert & Nancy McReynolds) have remised released and forever
quitclaimed...unto said James Scott Browning, William Browning & Jesse
Browning by their guardians as aforesaid ...all manner of dower
...whatsoever (in land etc. "after the first day of November next")
...belonging to the said Jesse Browning, former husband of the said
Nancy, now wife of the said Robert McReynolds ....
