Thomas M. Randolph Esq. Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia: To all to whom these presents shall come, greetings, Know ye that in conformity with a survey made on the forth day of March 1819 by virtue of a Land Office treasury warrant number 4591 issued the 2nd December 1809, there is granted by the said Commonwealth, unto Stephen Fuller a certain tract or parcel of land containing thirty acres situate in the County of Russell, on the waters of Cedar Creek and bounded as followeth to wit: Beginning at a sugar tree and three synns? by a fork of a branch corner to John Ewen and Andrew Martin and with said Martin's lines north eighty five degrees east eight poles to a sugar tree & beech saplings on a hill side near the foot south fifty three poles to a chesnut and ironwood on the bank of the south fork of cedar creek, south eighty two degrees east twenty four poles up the creek to a poplar on the bank on said Martin's line and corner to Hiram Fullins land and with said Fullin's lines north ten degrees west one hundred fifty eight poles to two sugar tree saplings, north twenty eight degrees east fifty eight poles to a sugar tree and spanish oak on the top of a spur, north six degrees west twenty four poles to a synns? and ironwood, north forty seven degrees east seventy one poles to a red oak by a branch on said Fullin's line and corner to said Ewen's and with said Ewen's lines south sixty three degrees west seventy eight poles to two synns? in a fork of a branch south twenty degrees west one hundred poles down the branch to a cucumber and sugar tree by said branch south six degrees east one hundred poles down said branch to the Beginning. To have and to hold the said tract or parcel of land, with its appurtenances, to the said Stephen Fuller and his heirs forever. In Witness whereof the said Thomas M. Randolph Esq. Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia hath hereunto set his hand and caused the lesser seal of the said Commonwealth to be affixed at Richmond, on the second day of July, in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and twenty one and of the Commonwealth the forty fifth.
