REVOLUTIONARY PENSION ORDER OF JOHN SKAGGS

Ordered that John Skaggs be allowed a pension of eight pounds, he being wouded at the battle of Kings Mountain so as to render him incapable of labouring for a sustinance and that the Clerk do certify the same to the Executive.
