February the 11th 1876. After my funeral expenses I bequeath my property as follows. One half of my land and property to my wife so long as she remains my widow. The remaining half to Almolinda. I also want Polly to be Almolinda's guardian until she is old enough to be her own guardian. But if my widow should marry I want her to have one third of my land and property and one half of my household furniture and Almolinda the remainder and if she does not marry to soon I want her to be Almolinda's guardian.
