I Armelda Addison being of sound mind and disposing memory do make and and publish this my last will and testament as follows. It is my will and desire that my husband Thomas J. Addison shall have and hold my tract of land forever lying on the north side of Leatherwood branch in Russell County Virginia containing eleven acres being the land conveyed to me by J.T. Gibson and wife. In testamony where of I have here unto set my hand and affixed my seal this day of March 24, 1899.

At a county court continued and held for Russell County at the courthouse thereof on the 6th day of September 1899. The last will and testament of Mrs. Armelda Addison was this day produced in court and proved by the oaths of Ellen H. Addison and Armilda Addison the two subscribing witnesses thereto, who testified that they witnessed said will at the request of the testator and in her presence and in the presence of each other whereupon said will was admittied to probate in due form of law and ordered to be recorded.
