Know all persons by this day that I Cynthia Campbell of the County of Russell and State of Virginia being of sound mind and disposing memory make this my last will and testament.
1st, I give and bequeath unto my grandaughter Margaret C. Martin one suckling calf, and one counter pin, and some feathers for a bed.
2nd, I give and bequeath unto my youngest son William W. Campbell, one milk cow known as Jeney, and one big wheel, and one counter pen, and one pair of stretches, one big pot.
3rd, I give and bequeath unto my Grandson J.D. Campbell fifteen dollars which I paid on his sorrel mare, also ten dollars borrowed money which he owes me, and one two year old heifer, and one shoat that I got of T.F. Campbell, and one log chain, and one pair of trace chains, and my double tree and sugar trees, and one cutting knife.
4th, I give and bequeath unto my daughter in law Sabrina Campbell, my interest in one bee palace, and one swarm which is at her house.
5th, I give and bequeath unto my son T.F. Campbell fiften dollars it being on half of the borrowed money which he owes me and one pot which he has at his house and one mattock.
6th, I give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary A. Campbell one side saddle, and one milk cow, and two shoats and one half interest in one shoat which T.F. Campbell give me, and her, and one kettle, two pots, and one brass kettle, and one grubbing hoe, and the balance of my household and kitchen furniture and all my loose plunder not heretofore given to my legetees.
7th, I now appoint my son T.F. Campbell Executor of my Estate, I desire that he shall soon after my death, that he shall see that the division of my property is made as I have heretofore directed, and pay off all my Doctor bills and my funeral expenses, out of the remainder of the money that is in his hands which is fourteen dollars, now if this amount does not pay my funeral expenses, I desire that J.D. Campbell and T.F. Campbell shall pay the balance out of their own effects.
8th, I now give and bequeath unto J.D. Campbell my interest in his growing crop of corn and wheat provided I do not live to see it and enjoy it.
9th, I now give and bequeath to T.F. Campbell, my interest in his crop of corn, and wheat, and oats, provided I do not live to see the crop matured, which is growing on my farm. Given under my hand and seal this the 28 day of May 1885.

At a Court begun and Russell County at the Courthouse on Tuesday the 6th day of October 1885. The last will and testament of Cyntha Campbell was this day produced in Court and proven by the oath of James C. Griffin one of the subscribing witnesses thereto who stated that he witnessed the same and at the request of and in the prescence of Milton Griffin the other subscribing witness thereto whereupon said will was ordered to be recorded.
