I E. J. McCoy being of sound mind and knowing that life is uncertain and do hereby make this my last will and testament.
I will and bequeath to my son W. W. McCoy one dollar, I will to his children all moneys that I may die possed of, after my just debts and burial expenses are payd that balance to be placed on interested and be paid to each one as he or she becomes of lawful age or 21 years of age.

I will and bequeath to Mrs. Georg. Skeens my house hould furniture, provided, she waits on me if I get helpless or know hor or heif she should die first, then it shall go to her children if they wait on me, if not it shall go to who ever does said servis. My daughters E. G. McCoy dec. her trunks and its contents I leave for my administrator to dispose of.

I hereby appoint Wm Fields my administrator also to hold said money for W. W. McCoy’s children or to have charge of same.

I revoke all other will made before this date. Witness my hand & seal, this 13th day of May eighteen hundred and ninty three.
