I George Finney Senr.of the county of Russell and the State of Virgina.being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make this my last will and Testament in manner & form following, to wit First I desire that all my just debts and funeral expense by paid by my executer hereinafter mention- Second- After the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses, I give and bequeath to my wife Nancy all the remainder of my estate both real and personal to be enjoyed by her and for her to dispose of as she may think proper for her support. Third- At the death of my wife Nancy; if there should be any part of my estate remaining unexpended; for her support; I give and bequeath it to my daughters Sally Sulcer, Judy Rasnick, Phoebe Banner, Nancy Cox the heirs of my daughters Elizabeth Feilds & Rebecca Smith, to be equally divided between them, the heirs of my daughters Elizabeth Fields & Rebecca Smith taking their mothers part of my estate. Fourthly- Having heretofore given to my sons George, Reuben, James & John all that I intended for them to have out of my estate- I therefore leave them nothing more.

Lastly- I hereby constitute and appoint my son Reubin Finney executor of this last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me heretofore made. Witness my hand and seal the 3rd day of September 185_
