I George Washington Robinson of the County of Russell in the State of Virginia, do hereby make my last will and testament thereby revoking other or former wills or testaments by me heretofore made, in manner and for me following that is to say:

First, I desire that so much of my estate as may be sufficient for that purpose be sold and all my just debts be paid.

Second, I give to my dear Mother the use and occupancy of my estate real & personal during her natural life free from any payment of any ___.

Third, I give my brothers Richard, P. Robinson, David Robinson, Samuel Robinson, Joseph P. Robinson and Isaac Robinson all my lands situated in said county of Russell, to be enjoyed by them and their heirs forever in equal proportions.

Forth, I desire that my personal estate shall not be appraised.

Fifth, And lastly I hereby appoint my friend Richard P. Anderson Executor of this my will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this 31st day of May 1831.

At a court held for Russell County the 5th day of July 1831. This instrument of writing was exhibited in court as and for the last will & testament of George W. Robinson deceased and proven by the oath of William Price and William Martin two of the subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded, and on the motion of Richard P. Anderson executor therein named who made oath and together with Jeremiah Muncey his securities entered into and acknowledged a bond in the penalty of $200.00 conditioned as the law directs, certificate is granted the said Richard P. Anderson for obtaining probate of the said will in due form.
