In the name of God, Amen.
I Hiram Howard, of Russell County State of Virginia, being of
sound mind and memory, do make, publish, and declare this to be my last
Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by
me at any time heretofore made.
First - I order and direct my Executor, as soon after my death as practicable, to pay off and discharge all the debts, duties, and liabilities that may exist against me at the time of my decease.
Second - I give and bequeath unto my wife, Rhoda V. Howard and her three children viz: Joseph Howard, Harry Howard and Amanda Howard all my personal property of every description to have and to hold for their support and at the death of my wife Rhoda V. Howard or where she ceases to be my widow I direct that all said personal estate be equally divided between the said children.
Third - I direct at my decease that my real estate be equally divided between all my children, Frank Howard, Virginia Caroline Fletcher, Mary Banner, W. Howard, Alice Fuller, Sallie Banner, Joseph Howard, Harry Howard, and Amanda Howard share and share and share alike in fee simple, said real estate lies in Russell County, Virginia.
Fourth - I hereby nominate and appoint William Howard as Executor of this my last Will and Testament.
In witness whereof [I] have hereunto subscribed my name this the 10th day of November 1903.

The above and foregoing instrument was at the date thereof signed, published, and declared by the said Hiram Howard as and for his last will and testament in presence of us, who, at his request, and in his presence, and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses, Nov. 10th, 1903.

Charles William (x his mark) HONAKER
Virginia: In the clerks office of the Circuit Court for the County, on the 22nd day of October, 1909. The last will and testament of Hiram Howard deceased, was this day produced in the clerks office aforesaid and proven by the oath of Charles William Honaker, one of the subscribing witnesses thereto, and thereupon said will is admitted to probate and ordered to be recorded.
