I James P. Rasnick of the County of Russell and State of Virginia, being feeble in body though of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make my last will and testament, in manner and form following; to wit: First my will and desire is that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid.
2. I give to my wife Elizabeth Rasnick the sum of five dollars.
3d. All my personal property after the payment of my just debts & funeral expenses, consisting of whatever debts I may have owing to me, and all my stock of every description, my clothing of all kinds I give to my brother Charles W. C. Rasnick; I hold a debt on Andrew Williams Jr. for $24.00 for which I hold no note, which debt I also give to my brother Charles W. C. Rasnick.
4. And I do hereby constitute and appoint Isaac Vermillion executor of this my last will and testament, revoking all other of former wills heretofore by me made. It is furthermore my desire that their be no appraisement of my estate but that my brother Charles W. C. Rasnick take my property into his possession immediately after my death or whatever may be left after the payment of my just debts above named.
