I being in my right mind do hereby declare this my last will and testament. To Aley Pender my daughter I bequeath ten dollars the remainin money after all debts are paid, house whole goods I wish to divide equally between John B.R. Counts, Ida Jessee, Nancy J. Stinson, & Cristina Grizzle. Witness my hand and seal this Dec 14 1889.
