In the name of God, Amen.

I, W. H. B. White of the County of Russell, State of Virginia, being of sound and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all former wills made by me at anytime theretofore made.

First: I order and direct my Executor as soon after my decease as practicable to pay off and discharge all debts, dues and liabilities that may exist against me at my decease.

Second: I give and bequeath unto my son, H. G. White the sum of five dollars.

Third: I give and bequeath unto my daughter, Minnie J. White, the sum of one thousand dollars in cash which is to be taken out of the money or proceeds of the sale of the live stock that I may own and possess at the time of my decease. I also give and bequeath to her my piano, and one half of all live stock, notes, bonds, debts or money that remains over and above the one thousand dollars, together with one half of all household and kitchen furniture and farm implements that I may own or possess at the time of my decease.

Fourth: I give and bequeath to my son, W. M. White the remainder of all livestock, notes, bonds or money, household and kitchen furniture and farm implements that I may have or possess at my decease.

Fifth: I hereby nominate and appoint J. M. White of the County of Russell, State of Virginia as my Executor and W. M. White, my son as my administrator.

Sixth: I hereby nominate and appoint Jno. M. White and W. M. White as Trustees for my daughter, Minnie. J. White whose duty it shall be to take control of all property and money that I have herein bequeathed to her.

In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this the 28th day of January 1895.

The above and foregoing instrument was at the date thereof signed, sealed published and declared by the said W. H. B. White as and for his last Will and Testament in presence of us, who, at his request and in his presence, and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.

Virginia: Russell County to wit:
I, Jno. M. White, a Notary Public in and for the County of Russell, State of Virginia, do hereby certify that W. H. B. White, whose name is signed to the foregoing instrument of writing bearing date on the 28th day of January 1898, has this day appeared before me in my County and State aforesaid and acknowledged the same to be his last Will and Testament.

Given under my hand this the 28th day of January 1898.

At a County Court continued and held for Russell County at the courthouse thereof on Tuesday, the 4th day of April 1899. The Last Will and Testament of W. H. B. White was this day produced in Court, and proved by the oaths of John M. White and William Bradshaw the two subscribing witnesses thereto, who testified that they witnessed said will at the request of the testator, and in his presence, and in the presence of each other.

Thereupon said will was admitted to probate and ordered to be recorded.
