In late 1906 or Early 1907Frank was slain by Clarence Cooper at Walter Harris' Store on Copper Ridge (Near the Jim Lawson Place.) Cooper left Russell County and as far as anyone knows was never prosecuted for the crime. Frank is buried in the Arch Meade Cemetery. I would appreciate any help on this family. It is possible that Frank was an Austin or Meade.
