EDINBURGH - Gladys M. Ferrell, 82,
of Edinburgh, widow of Charles M.
Ferrell, died Wednesday at Faith
Nursing Home.
She was a member of Old Union
Church of Christ south of Edinburgh.
Funeral service will be conduc-
ted at 2 p.m. Friday at Eskew-Eaton
Funeral Home, where calling hours will
be from 4 to 9 p.m. today and from
10 a.m. until service time Friday.
Burial will be at Rest Haven
Cemetery.
Mrs. Ferrell was born June 7,
1904, in Bartholomew County, the
daughter of William A. and Ida May
Wray Coy. She was preceded in death
by her husband, Charles M. Ferrell,
to whom she was married July 10,
1961.
Survivors include two sons,
Dale W. Rairdon of Morgantown and
Charles E. Rairdon of Franklin;
three daughters, Mildred L. Trisler
of Morgantown, Doris Jean Pike of
Edinburgh and Betty M. Smithey of
Greenwood and 28 grandchildren.

Edinburgh.
She was born June 7, 1904, in
Bartholomew County, to William A. and
Ida May (Wray) Coy. She married Charles
M. Ferrell in 1961, and he preceded her
in death.
A homemaker, she was a member of
Old Union Church of Christ.
A service will be at 2 p.m. Friday
at Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home in Edinburgh,
with the Rev. Robert D. Trueblood offici-
ating. Friends may call at the funeral
home from 4 to 9 p.m. today and from 10
a.m. until the service Friday. Burial
will be at Rest Haven Cemetery, Edinburgh.
Surviving are two sons, Dale W.
Rairdon, Morgantown, and Charles E. Rairdon,
Franklin; three daughters, Mildred L.
Trisler of Morgantown, Betty M. Smithey
of Greenwood and Doris Jean Pike of Edin-
burgh and 28 grandchildren.
A son, Edward Milo Rairdon, also
preceded her in death.
