Mrs. Frank Ridpath Dies Yesterday
Mrs. Frank Ridpath died
yesterday at 4:15 A.M. at the
Ridpath home at 507 N. Lincoln
Street. She had become critically
ill Tuesday night. She was
seventy years old.
The body was removed from
the Gosney Funeral Home to the
Lincoln Street residence, where
friends may call any time.
The Reverend William Ellis
will conduct funeral services at
the Edinburgh Methodist Church
Saturday afternoon at 2:00 P.M.
Burial will be in Rest Haven
Cemetery here.
Mrs. Frank Ridpath was born
in Indiana December 18, 1876,
the daughter of William M. and
Martha Ann Waltz Coy. On
February 22, 1899 Stella J. Coy
and Frank Ridpath were married.
Seven children were born to the
couple and one daughter and one
son precede in death.
Surviving are the husband
and five sons, all of Edinburg.
The sons are Ralph S., Kenneth
C., Merle, Merrill, and Donald
R. Ridpath. Six grandchildren
also survive.
Surviving sisters are Mrs.
Alice Downs and Mrs. Lillie South
of Indianapolis and Charles E.
Coy, a brother, also lives in
Indianapolis.
Mrs. Ridpath was a member
of the Pilgrim Holiness Church.
