Vivian M. (Davidson) Ault Swift
Vivian M. (Davidson) Ault Swift, 74, died Monday, Aug. 2, 2004, at
Todd-Aikens Health Center in Franklin. She was a resident of Edinburgh.
She was born May 4, 1930, in Beech Grove. Her parents were Delbert and
Jennie (Ash) Davidson. She married Clarence Ault. He preceded her in
death. She married Francis Swift on Sept. 9, 2000. He survives. Other
survivors include three daughters, Della Ault of Stillwell, Okla., and
Teresa McKee and Jennie Swift, both of Franklin; a son, Mike Ault of
Franklin; a sister, Ethel Lieland of Indianapolis; 10 stepchildren; 11
grandchildren; 28 stepgrandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and 14
stepgreat-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Pam
Ault.
She attended school in Beech Grove.
She was employed by Sanders Cleaners for 25 years, retiring in 1993.
She was the director of Franklin Senior Center for eight years, retiring
in 2003.
She enjoyed sewing, riding motorcycles, dancing and playing cards.
Services are private. Burial will be at Acton Cemetery.
