Paul Edward Breitenbuecher, 72,
passed away Friday, December 7, 2018 in his home with his grandson by
his side.
Paul was born February 11, 1946 in Salt Lake City, Utah, son of Edward Breitenbuecher and Laura Grace Mitchell Rock. On September 2, 1962 Paul married the love of his life, Diane Marie Spencer, in Tijuana, Mexico. He delighted himself in raising and spending time with his family. Paul was a dedicated and hardworking man. He was loyal, dependable and caring. He worked for his mentor and father figure at Martin Movers in Santa Monica, California for many years. Once he and his family moved to Salt Lake City, he worked for K.D.J. Steel and for Buehner Block/Mortenson Trucking as a diesel mechanic until he became ill and had to retire. Then moving to Texas. Everyone who knew him, loved him. They knew he could make, fix or build anything, including "Bampa Biscuits." He was so creative and always looked outside the box. His family was his life. He always ensured he could provide for his family and loved ones. Son, brother, husband, dad, "G'mpa," "Bampa," uncle, friend were just a few of his names. Mr. Breitenbuecher is survived by his loving family - son, Edward R. Breitenbuecher; daughter, Tammy Jobe and husband, Gordon; 3 grandchildren, Kelly Breitenbuecher, Edward Anthony Breitenbuecher, and Jackson Jobe; one great-grandson, Riley Wood; along with numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 53 years, Diane Spencer; his parents; 2 sisters, Laura Laray Kelly and Janice Martin; and a brother, Demont Breitenbuecher Mr. Breitenbuecher was cremated according to his wishes and no service was planned.
