  Steven
Allen Byers, known to his loved ones as "Steve", passed away on August
30, 2023 at the age of 68 at TMC Hospital in Denison, Texas. He
was born December 4, 1954 in Sacramento, California.
Steve is survived by his significant other, Judy Heinz, of Whitesboro, Texas and her family; daughter, Jennifer LeVoir and husband, Mike, of Gordonville, Texas; Dad and Grandpa to Faith Renner and Nicole Renner of Edmond, Oklahoma; brothers: Tommy Byers and wife, Darlene, of Ardmore, Oklahoma; Dennis Byers of Whitesboro, Texas; and Stanley Byers and wife, Crystal, of Whitesboro, Texas. He had several grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and cousins. Steve as preceded in death by his son, John Renner; father, Thomas Byers; and mother, Lorraine Renner. Steve pursued a career as a professional tile & carpet layer, carpenter and craftsman. He took great pride in his work and was known for his attention to detail. Outside of his profession, Steve had a deep passion for music. He loved to play the guitar and sing, bringing joy to those around him with his talent. He also enjoyed spending time outdoors, fishing and boating. After retiring from his professional career, he started delivering sold vehicles, trips with new friends while working for Holiday Chevrolet & Ford of Whitesboro, Texas. Steve loved conversations with people. Steve was cremated per his wish, handled b y Fisher Funeral Home in Denison, Texas. Steven Allen Byers will be deeply missed by most who knew him.
