Harry Dwayne Hunter, also known as "Fuzzy", passed away at the young age of 53 early on Sunday, March 24, 2019 in Sherman, Texas, surrounded by his family.  A lifelong resident of Van Alstyne, Texas, he was born May 11, 1965, son of Marie and K.N. Hunter, Jr.
Harry loved farming, ranching, rodeos, trucks and tractors and had an infectious sense of humor loved by many.  He was a friend to all and never met a stranger.
He is survived by his daughter, Haley Thompson and husband, Jeremy; and daughter, Meagan Hunter, both of Denison; granddaughter, Maggie Thompson of Denison; mother, Marie Hunter; sister, June Hunter and her children, Jeremy Pickett and Kyle Pickett; brother, Gary Hunter and wife, Rhonda, and their children, Chad Hunter and wife, Melinda, and their 2 children; and Lindsay Thompson and husband, Jay, and their 2 children.
He was preceded in death by his father who left us on September 29, 2016.
Services and cremation arrangements were under the direction of Scoggins Funeral Home, Van Alstyne, Texas.
