Reba Faught Obituary
SHERMAN - A visitation for
Reba (Stuckey) Faught will be held
from 9 -10 a.m. Tuesday at Waldo
Funeral Home in Sherman. Graveside
services will follow at 11 a.m. at
West Hill Cemetery Sherman.
Arrangements are under the direction
of Waldo Funeral Home Sherman. Mrs.
Faught passed away Sunday, July 21,
2013 at Texoma Medical Care in
Sherman.
Reba was born March 14, 1921 in
Idabel, Okla. to William E. Stuckey
and Ada Lee (Pelt) Stuckey. She
married the late Laurence Monroe
Faught on Jan. 3, 1940 in Shafter,
Calif..
Reba is survived by
granddaughter, Lujuanna Faught of
Nelson, Okla.; grandsons, Chad Lynn
Faught of Oklahoma, Michal Faught of
Oklahoma; great-granddaughter,
Amanda Nelson; great-grandson,
Johnathan Nelson;
great-greatgrandson, Monroe Faught;
great-greatgranddaughter, Angelsue
Nelson; two nieces; three nephews;
and several great-nephews and
great-nieces.
She was preceded in death by
husband, Laurence Monroe Faught;
sons, Leonard Ralph Faught, Larry
Monroe Faught Sr.; daughter, Irene
Faught; brothers, John Dover,
and Jack Sissney; sisters Evelyn
Sissney Trammel, Susie Stuckey,
Vertie (Stuckey) Gaskill, Frances
(Stuckey) Faught, Clare (Stuckey)
Woods, and Ella (Stuckey) Gentry,
and a grandson, Larry Monroe Faught
Jr.
ps: Reba shares a
tombstone with a daughter in West
Hill. "Jane' 16 Dec 1942. Likely a
baby who died. She doesn't have a
Texas death certificate, but may
not have been named at a hospital
and thus no record in that first
name.
