He was son of Wallace & Lillian Beard Miller.
Lillian Beard Carter was married to Arthur Willingham. He had a younger brother named James E Miller.
Jesse F Miller Married in Carter Co, Oklahoma to Victoria Mae Gordon 5 Nov 1938.
Military Serial No 6273395

Fort Worth Star-Telegram 31 Mar 1944 I was unable to find more about him in the newspaper or other documents.

West Hill Cemetery - Sherman
He was returned for reburial in 1949
