H T Waldrop Charged with Triple Murder in Grayson County.
Sherman, Tex., July 1-The hearing of Henry T Waldrop, charged with killing L W Sharp, Walter Sharp and Miss Georgia Sharp at the Sperry ranch in this county, June 20, was set before Justice J R Campbell here today, but after a consultation between Assistant County Attorney Ben F Gafford, the matter was passed over until the next grand jury meeting. The original bond of $1000 was permitted to stand.

H T Waldrop Acquitted on murder charge
Sherman, Texas, Jan 24--The jury in the case of H T Waldrop accused of the murder of Miss Georgia Sharp, on the Sperry ranch in this county, last June, returned a verdict of not guilty this morning. Indictments charging murder of L W Sharp and Walter Sharp at the same time are still pending against Waldrop.
