The condition of Mrs. Clyde Gibbens who was seriously injured early Saturday afternoon in an auto crash which resulted in the death of her 30-year-old husband, and 15-month-old Judy Ann Werla today is "slightly improved" according to attendants at Matagorda General Hospital. Ada Isabell White

November 11, 1895 – January 29, 1911

Miss Ada Isabell White, the sixteen-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. W. White died suddenly yesterday afternoon of heart failure, at the family home on east Sixth Street. The young lady was apparently in perfect health a few minutes before death, and was cheerfully going about her duties in assisting her mother to prepare the evening meal, when without warning she fell in a faint. She regained consciousness and death followed within a few minutes before medical aid could be called.

The funeral will take place this afternoon at 3 o’clock at Cedarvale cemetery. The decedent was a pupil in the Bay City High School, bright and popular with teachers and fellow pupils, and her sudden and untimely death has cast a gloom over her entire circle of acquaintances. The friends of the family profoundly sympathize with them in their sudden and heart-rending bereavement.
