(See report on September 27, 1917)

Since the last report presented at a business meeting of the Collegeport Woman’s Club, which included work accomplished from Feby 20, 1917 to the date of business meeting held on June 14, 1917, the following meetings have been held:

June 14 – Regular meeting – 15 present
July 19 – Advisory Bd meeting – 8 present
Aug 6 – Advisory Bd meeting – 7 present
Aug 20 – Advisory Bd meeting – 8 present
Sept 7 – Federation meeting
Sept 13 – Reception

On the date of June 14th, the resignation of our President was rec’d and accepted, thus making it necessary to elect a new President which was done and Mrs. T. C. Morris was given that honor.

Also on that date, 5 new members were voted in.

The principal work during the summer was to plan and prepare for the meeting of the County Federation which was held with us on Sept 7 and was a success.

No regular meetings (with the exception of that on June 14) have been held, the other meetings being call ones of the Advisory Board.

The first meeting of the new Club year of 1917 – 1918- was an evening reception held at the home of the President on Sept. 13 – and was largely attended.

The work for the coming year is to be a miscellaneous one, the programs prepared by the leader for the afternoon.

It is to be hoped that all the women in the community will join, and work together with us, with interest and loyalty.

Respectfully submitted on Sept. 27, 1917.  Mrs. H. A. Clapp, Secy
