The Sumners had
described this as a large cemetery in an open pasture
field. Dorraine Phillips and Genevieve C. Starkey visited this 29
May 2007, with directions from Lester Weddle, and we found the pines
surrounding it. We did not locate all the graves listed by
the Sumners and were uncertain of some of the dates due to time and
erosion. There are several graves marked with rocks only.
