William Cecil Combs was born in Russell Co., Virignia on 19 Feb 1912. He was the son of Kemper Combs (s/o John M. "Big John" Combs & Lucinda Branham Smith) and Gay Combs (d/o Colbert Combs & Celia Emaline Whitt). He died on 14 Nov 2003 in Sophia, West Virginia. The above photo was taken about 1914.
