ELECTION-Granville Moody Post GAR has elected officers as follows: Commander C K Lombard; Senior Vice Commander, Reese Morgan; Junior Vice Commander, A L Young; Adjutant, C H Vance; Quartermaster W T Bausmith; Surgeon A Hafner; Chaplain, Joseph Faber; Officer of Day, Joseph N Schneider; Officer of Guard, J M Ross; Inside Sentinel, M Andriott; Comrades Beyland, Faber and Bausmith were appointed a committee to promote the institution of a Sons of Veterans Camp in his city.

BELLEVUE-Mrs. Kate Lombard, 60, wife of Charles K Lombard, Commander of Granville Moody Post GAR died suddenly just before midnight yesterday. Mrs. Lombard was talking to a neighbor 30 minutes before she expired. She had been suffering from grip, which developed into asthma. the funeral will take place from the house, 524 Sixth av. at 1 pm tomorrow, conducted by Rev Boreing. Interment in Wesleyan Cemetery Cincinnati.

DENVER-The following members of Granville Moody Post 89 GAR, will attend the National Encampment at Denver, the train leaving Louisville Saturday Sept. 2; Gen T F Beyland, Gen W T Bausmith, George Burktoft, John H Jones, Russell Morgan, Charles K Lombard, E H Vance and Philip Ganschier. Some of these will be accompanied by their families.

FUNERAL-The funeral services of Charles K Lombard were conducted yesterday at the residence of William T Bausmith by Grandville Moody Post GAR and Henry Barnes Lodge F&AM. The pallbearers were W T Bausmith, Joseph W Faber, J N Schneider and T F Beyland. Burial was at the Wesleyan Cemetery, Cincinnati.
