VETERAN-Last rites for John H Jones, 87, Civil War veteran, Fairfield and Van Voast avenues, Bellevue, died Friday at his home will be held Monday at 2 pm from Calvary M E Church, with Rev S C Rice officiating. Burial will be in Spring Grove Cemetery. Jones was a member of the Fifth Ohio Calvary during the Civil War. He was one of the last surviving members of the Granville Moody Post GAR, of Bellevue.

 Members of the post will hold services Sunday afternoon at the home. Besides his widow, Mrs. Eva Jones, he is survived by four children, Walter, Robert, Mrs. J T Shotwell, all of Campbell co. and Mrs. A B Lundy, Thurman O. and a sister Mrs. Mary McCoy, Greensburg Ind.
