DAYTON-The five sons of the late Mahlon Bolser applied at the office of County Judge Brown Friday to break the will of their father. Bolser bequeathed the homestead to his daughter, Miss May and about 4100 in a building associationg to his other daughter, Mrs. Charles Truesdell and to his five sons a $2000 police in the Knights of Honor. the hearing of the case was postponed until next Wednesday.
