As part of the Community Scholars Program from the Folk Life Project in Frankfort Ky. the Campbell County
Historical & Genealogical Society began a project in 2009 called Our Next Door Neighbor.
This currently consists of the filming and recording of our residents in Campbell County to preserve
their history that preserves our county's history.

These interviews are currently being stored on DVDs and the following are available at the historical
society's office at 8352 East Main Street in Alexandria, and can be checked out for viewing. These videos are also
available for viewing on Media Central's website.

And if there is someone you know that would have a great story to tell, please call the office at 859-635-6407
or email me Shirlene L Jensen
