Robinson's Atlas Index of Names
Morris County, New Jersey

Morris Co. Up

Robinson's Atlas of Morris County New Jersey was published by E. Robinson in 1887. The introduction page states that it was compiled from Official Records, Private Plans & Actual Surveys. First printed in 1887 it has since been reprinted by the Morris County Historical Society, P.O. Box 170M, Morristown, NJ 07960 in 1979 and in 1990. The second reprint was through the courtesy of the Morris County Clerk and Morris County Board of Freeholders.

The actual plate maps have been uploaded and are indicated in this index by the word MAP.

[The names that appear on the map are of land owners only. Persons renting property did not appear. In many instances a parcel was marked with a name, and indicated that there were multiple houses on the property.

Plates with links will take you to the Index for that plate. Names are listed alphabetically, with the hopes that I got the spelling right. In some instances you will see a question mark (?) in the middle of a name, this meaning I could not decipher what was on the map. —BKB]
