Original Hawkins Family Plantation Home
Hawkinsville, Matagorda County, Texas
Built of cypress in the 1840s with hand-hewn foundation timbers, wooden pegs and square nails.

Pictures were taken in 2008.

The house was destroyed in March, 2011.
