BAY CITY - Amy Brown Austin, 102, of Bay City, died Friday, June 14, 2002. She was born March 14, 1900, in Cedar Lane, to the late Tim and Matheny Brown. She was a Christian.

Survivors: step-daughter, Laura Ethel Chandler of Houston; sisters, Lizzie J. Earls and Odiest Times, both of Bay City; and brother, Earlie Brown of Galveston.

Preceded in death by: husband; parents; sisters, Alice Sims and Pearlie Johnson; and brothers, Kenola Brown, Roosevelt Brown and Caldwell Brown.

Family visitation will be 7-8 p.m. tonight at Green's Mortuary chapel.

Visitation will be 1-8 p.m. today at the funeral home chapel and 10 a.m. until service time Tuesday at Vine Grove Christian Church in Live Oak. Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. L.S. Fletcher officiating. Burial will be at Live Oak Cemetery. Green's Mortuary, Bay City, 979-245-34893.

Oakland, California—Jane Wyche Austin passed away on May 8, 2008, at her home after a lengthy illness.

A graveside service will be at 11 a. m. Friday, May 16, 2008.

Her final resting place will be in the Live Oak Cemetery, Live Oak Community.

Visitation will be from 6 until 8 p. m. Thursday, May 15, 2008, at Green’s Funeral Home in Bay City, Texas.

Funeral services for Leo Wesley Bouldin, 76, of Houston, will be Saturday, Nov. 9, 2002, at 2 p.m., at Vine Grove Christian Church in Live Oak, with the Rev. Larry Fletcher, eulogist. Burial will follow at Live Oak Cemetery.

Visitation will be Friday from 2 to 9 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.

He was born in Live Oak, Texas, Sunday, Nov. 29, 1925, to Henderson Bouldin, Jr. and Aca Dale Bouldin, and passed away Saturday, Nov. 2, 2002, at Park Plaza Hospital in Houston, Texas.

He was a World War II veteran.

Survivors include two sisters, Cunnie L. Brooks of Bay City and Pearl Perry (& Reginald) of Clute; brother, Arnold Brown of Houston; one daughter, Evelyn Austin; three grandchildren, Kathy Austin, Robert Austin and Fredrick Austin, all of Sargent; one niece, Jean A. Williams of Houston; and four great-nephews, Leonard Wilkerson, Barry Wilkerson, Kevin Wilkerson and Christopher Williams.

Ruth Bouldin

Funeral services for Ruth Bouldin, 88, of Bay City are scheduled for 11 a. m., Feb. 4 at Vine Grove Christian Church with Rev. L. S. Fletcher officiating. Interment will follow at Live Oak Community Cemetery in Live Oak Community. Visitation will be at Green’s Mortuary in Bay City from 7 – 9 p. m., Feb. 3.

Ruth Bouldin died Jan. 31 at Matagorda General Hospital after a lengthy illness. She was born Feb. 13, 1909 in Matagorda County to Charlie Wyche and Elizabeth Austin. She was a lifelong resident of Matagorda County and married Savannah Bouldin in 1945. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother. Ruth was a Christian and a member of the Order of Eastern Star.

Survivors include her husband, Savannah Bouldin of Bay City; daughters, Willie Bell Copeland of Bay City; two grandchildren, six great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by a son, Percy Cooper.

Pallbearers are Kenneth and Abell Rutherford, Jimmy and Joe Times, Billie Polk and Kermit Monroe.

Arrangements are with Matthews Funeral Home in Wharton.

Funeral services for Savannah Bouldin, 92, of Bay City will be at 1 p. m. Saturday, June 20, 1998 at Vine Grove Christian Church in Live Oak, with Rev. Larry Fletcher officiating.

Burial will be in Live Oak Community Cemetery. Wake services will be from 7 to 9 p. m. Friday, June 19 at First Sacred Memorial Christian Church in Bay City.

Bouldin died June 15, 1998 at Bay Villa Nursing Home after a lengthy illness.

He was born April 1, 1906 in Live Oak Community to the late Richard Bouldin and Rosie Brown. He was a life-long resident of Matagorda County, a retired laborer, a veteran of World War I, and a Christian.

He is survived by a daughter, Willie Bell Copeland; a sister, Dalphe Lee Crawford; six grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and wife, Ruth Bouldin.

Pallbearers are Kenneth Rutherford, Abell Rutherford, Jimmy Times, Billie Polk, and Kermit Monroe.

Arrangements are with Matthews Funeral Home in Wharton.
