Rev. Wm. Conner Blount & Sarah Frances Chamberlain were married Sept. 1841.

Jennett Jocliff [Joeliff?], daughter of Wm. C. & Sarah F. Blount was born dead 1842.

Timothy Waler, son of Wm. C. & Sarah F. Blount was born Sept. 1844.

Rev. Wm. Conner Blount & Julia Ann Morrison were married Sept. 30th 1852.

Sarah F. daughter of Wm. C. & Julia Ann Blount was born dead on the 20th June 1853.

Wm. Capers son of Wm. C. & Julia Ann Blount was born July 3d 1855.

Mary Stella daughter of Wm. C. & Julia Ann Blount was born Nov. 6th 1857.

Thomas Coke Son of Wm. C. & Julia A. blount was born may 9th 1860 in Alexandria Va.

John Morrison Son of Wm. C. & Julia A. B. was born June 30th 1861 in Petersburg.

Sallie Lee, daughter of Wm. C. & Julia A. Blount was born in the County of Prince Edward Va. Augt. 6th 1864.  Born in a brick house at the eastern end of High Bridge near Petersburg, Va.

When Petersburg was evacuated during the Civil War the family moved to the High Bridge in Prince Edward Co. (when Petersburg was being shelled).

Timothy Waler son of Wm. C. & Sarah F. Blount died Sept. 1848.

Sarah Frances wife of Wm. Conner Blount died January 1852 in perfect peace & hope of a glorious immortality.

Thomas Coke, Son of Wm. C. & Julia A. Blount, died May 12th 1860 at Alexandria, Va.

Mary Stella, daughter of Wm. C. & Julia A. Blount died Decr. 2nd 1862 Aged 5 years at Farmville Va.

Wm. Capers Son of Wm. C. & Julia A. Blount, died Decr. 8th 1862. Aged 7 years & 5 months at Farmville Va.

John Morrison, Son of Wm. C. & Julia A. Blount died June 14th 1863 Aged 1 year 11 1/2 months at Farmville Va.

Rev. Wm. Conner Blount departed this life in full hope of Heaven Jany 17th 1866 in the City of Portsmouth Va Aged 46 years & 4 months.

Rev. Wm. Conner Blount was a lawyer before he became a minister.

Julia Ann Blount wife of Rev. Wm Conner Blount died in Richmond, Va. July, 1877.

"William Conner Blount was a methodist preacher and belonged to the Virginia Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church, South. He was also a chaplain in the Confederate Army during the Civil War.  William Conner Blount was a descendent of Sir Edward ? Blount of England whose three sons come to America; one son settled in Virginia and two sons settled in the Carolina.  (There should be a Blount coat-of-arms).  Sallie Lee Blount's ancestors had Wilson coat-of-arms implazoned with three ___ boars heads.  (for the records of the marriage of Sallie Lee Blount and the births of her children and grandchildren see the back pages of this book.)"
