TAYLOREliza11 Apr 185213 Apr 1852On the 11th instant, ELIZA, age 2 years and 8 months, youngest daughter of James and Mary Taylor.
As the sweet flower that scents the morn,
But withers in the rising day,
Thus lovely was this infant's dawn
Thus swiftly fled its life away.
It died ere its expanding soul
HAd ever burnt with wrong desiresHAd ever spurned at heaven's control
Or ever quenched its sacred fires
It died to sin, it died to cares
But for a moment felt the rod.
Oh! mourner, such the Lord declares,
Such are the children of our God.
The friends and acquaintances of the family are respectfully invited to attend her funeral this (Tuesday) afternoon at half past two o'clock.

TURNERMiss Grace J.9 June 189811 June 1898MISS GRACE J. TURNER The death of Miss Grace Josephine Turner, aged 22 years, daughter of Rev. and Mrs. J.H. Turner, of the Maryland College, at Lutherville, which occurred Thursday, 9th, though not unexpected, was a shock to her family, as well as a cause of sorrow to her numerous friends. She had endeared herself to all her acquaintances by her gracious manner, as well as her kind and friendly disposition. She was always bright, vivacious and cheerful, and her death will cause a void in the college circle which will not be filled in years.
