Will of Elizabeth Boring 1775

Will of Elizabeth (nee Welsh) Boring, Dated January 20, 1775, Filed July 21, 1785

In the Name of God Amen the twenthth day of January in the Year of our Lord 1775 I Elisabeth Boring wedo of Thomas Boring desesed of Baltymore County in the Proviano of Maryland being at this time in perfect helth and memory thanks be given unto God for the same and calling to mind the mortality of the Body and knowing that its appointed for all to die do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament. That is to say Principally and furste of all I give and Recommend my sole into the hands of God that gave it and for my Body I recommend it to the Earth to be Buried in a Christian like and desent manner at the discretion of my son inlaw John Fraisizor nothing doubting but at the genral Resurrection I shall reseive the same again by the mighty power of God, and as touchen wat little wordly things I leve behind me my Will and desire is that my daughter Urath Fraisizor wife of the aforesaid John Fraisizor do take and kepe as her one rite and property an Witness whareof I have hear unto set my hand and Seal the day and Year above Written.

Signed Sealed Published and declared by the said Elizabeth Boring as her laste Will and Testament in the presence of us the subscribers that is to say

Rebeca Hale
Avarilla Boring

Baltimore County to Wit on the 21st day of July 1785 came Avarilla Boreing one of the subscribing Witnesses to the aforegoing last will and Testament of Elizabeth Boreing late of said County deceased and make Oath ?? that she did see the Testators Sign seal this Will that she heard her publish pronounce and declare the Same to be her last Will and testament that at the time of her so doing she was to the best of her apprehension of sound disposing mind memory and understanding and that she Subscribed her name as a Witness to this Will at her request in her presence and in the presence of Mathew Hale and Rebecca Hale the other subscribing Witnesses sworn before me Register of Wills for Baltimore County.
