Will of Enoch Hunt 1847

Last Will and Testament of Enoch Hunt of Baltimore county, Dated 24 Feb 1849 proved 22 Feb 1850

Being ill but of sound mind
I will that all my real and personal property shall be sold except for 1 bed and bedding and 1 bureau which I will and bequeath to my beloved wife MARGARET.

Item: It is my will that proceeds from said sale shall be put on interest and the money to be secured by a mortgage on real-estate and my executors shall pay over the interest annually to my wife MARGARET and if the interest is insufficient to maintain her my will is that she shall have annually as much of the principle as she shall need with ? Interest to her support and after my wife's death my will is that my daughter MARY who intermarried with JAMES POCOCK shall have 15% out of all the money that yet remains and after her 15% is taken I will and bequeath unto my two sons WILEY HUNT and GEORGE R. HUNT to be equally divided share and share a like.

Lastly I hereby appoint and ? My 2 sons, WILEY and GEORGE R. HUNT Executors to this my last will and testament revoking all former wills by me heretofore made. ..
