Will of Joshua Kidd 1812

Last Will and Testament of Joshua KIDD of Baltimore county, Dated 30 January 1812

Give and bequeath to my wife SARA KIDD all my tracts of land that include ??together with all my personal estate during her natural life or widowhood.

It is my desire that no appraisement my be made during her life. Likewise my will is at the death of my wife my son HENRY may have and enjoy all that part of a tract that I now hold being part of a tract of land called Royston's Folly together with 2 other tracts of land called Timber Branch and Who Shall to him his heirs and ? And assigns forever also my will is that my son WILSON KIDD have and enjoy two tracts of land I call Hackle Hill the other called Sure Bind Sure Find all together with ? Part of a tract of land called Kidds Reparation making up 100 acres to be laid off to the best advantage to him and his heirs and assigns forever.

Item: It is my will and pleasure that my son JOHN have and enjoy all that tract of land called Frizels Choice for him his heirs and assigns forever.

Item: It is my will that my 3 daughters RHODA, ELIZABETH, and LYDIA should have the remaining land equally divided among them and to their heirs and assigns

Item: It is my will that my daughter Sara Parker shall have paid to her for the heirs of her body after the death of my wife the sum of $200.00 current money.

Item: It is my will that all the personal estate that remains at the death of my wife or her widowhood to be equally divided among my 6 children that is to say - Henry, Wilson, John, Rhoda, Lydia, Elizabeth

Lastly, I appoint my two children, Rhoda and Henry executors of this my last will and testament.
