Potter, L. G.

L. G. Potter, of North Loup, met with a horrible death last week.  While returning to town with a wagonload of ground feed the front endgate was pushing out, throwing Mr. Potter forward on the mules.  He was dragged some distance and finally fell under the wheels.  His head and neck were crushed to a pulp.  He was 40 years of age and leaves a wife and two children.

Roberts, R. W.

Arcadia - R. W. Roberts died at his home in this city early yesterday morning.  On December 16 he was injured by the blowing out of a cylinder head on one of the gasoline engines in the electric power house, and his death was due to that injury.
