22 October 1822:
Mr. Charles P. Tutt Sale notice-- on the 26th day of December next, at the clerk's office at Wythe court house, I shall, between sunrise and sunset, take depositions of William Bonham and Naomi Bonham, to be used in an injunction depending in the superior court of chancery, held at Winchester, in which you are complainant and I am defendant.
