The family then came to Jefferson around 1808.He married Nancy Reed, possibly in Jefferson Co, and remained there until around 1820. His son ,James CRAWFORD went on to Burlington,Ohio (near Ironton Ohio) and raised a family there. I know that James had brothers by the names of John, Hugh and Samuel that came with him. If anyone is working on these lines and would like to exchange information , I would be very glad to hear from you.
